The way it works:
1. We create an inventory together
We start by working with you to create a thorough inventory of the goods you want moved. No detail is too small.
2. We identify the services necessary
We provide a full range of services to make your move easy. Full packing and unpacking, carpenters for crating needs and disassembly of oversized items, cleaning service, TV and electronics installation, expert piano moving- just take a look at our list. You may never have thought of some of the services we offer.
3. We offer a Binding Estimate of cost
Once we understand the details, we’ll issue a Binding Estimate describing the move in detail–who, what, when, where and what. This document will lock in your all-inclusive price.
4. We issue an Order For Service
You let us know that you intend to use our services. The Operations Department issues the Order For Service which adds your move to the operations calendar. Arrangements for box delivery, crew and vehicle scheduling are made.
5. We pack or you do
If you are packing yourself, we can recommend the proper type and amount of materials and deliver a moving kit of boxes and supplies in advance- free of any additional charges. Or we can take care of the packing and unpacking for you. Some items are already accounted for in our guaranteed price:

6. You take care of building details
Many buildings in NYC have specific requirements for insurance and the use of elevators and loading docks. These details are up to you. Make sure you contact building management well in advance of the move and let us know anything we need to know.
7. We start moving!
Our team arrives at the scheduled time on your moving day and gets to work. They:
Wrap and protect all listed furniture
Disassemble any items that need it
Shrink-wrap all mattresses
Pack electronics and art
Load the truck
8. Arrival at your destination
We arrive at your new home, bring in all your possessions and place them at their designated places. The furniture items are unwrapped, boxes are placed in the respective rooms, we collect all materials refuse and place it in the designated area in your building. We understand the desire to make the new place “perfect”. We leave only when you are completely satisfied.
